Ted McNabola was the attorney for my case when I was injured riding my
motorcycle. I was driving out of a parking lot onto a street and a car
was partially in my lane. When I swerved to avoid the car, I lost control
of my motorcycle and injured my knee on the pavement. There was no contact
between the vehicles and the police officer wrote the report blaming me
for the incident.
When I originally discussed the case with Ted, his original comment was
it was a “loser” because the police officer wrote the report
as if it was entirely my fault. Ted turned the case into a winner.
Ted was able to have evidence admitted that the opposing attorney wanted
excluded. His preparation of me as a witness was exemplary. I was prepared
for every question and knew how to best interact with the jury during
questioning. Ted made an outstanding closing argument that tied the whole
story together for the jury in very simple terms. We received a substantial
judgment in winning this case.
