About
Thomas Trench has dedicated his career to representing those injured through the fault of others and is currently an attorney working with McNabola & Associates, LLC, a law firm based in Chicago, Illinois, serving clients throughout the Chicagoland area. His practice focuses on catastrophic injuries, including medical negligence, personal injury, and Federal Tort Claims Act cases. Mr. Trench has built a solid reputation for his commitment to justice and his ability to navigate complex legal matters effectively.
Throughout his career, Mr. Trench has successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases for his clients and recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to not only his clients but also his community. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Disabled Patriots Fund – a not-for-profit that works to financially support injured veterans.
He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Illinois by Super Lawyers® Magazine. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Illinois are selected to receive this designation.
Mr. Trench earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School (now known as University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in 2016 and is currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
